Absolutely! I offer multiple discounts* (Please note that only two discounts can be applied to any one matter and the maximum cumulative discount is 30%):
* Discounts only apply to legal fees. Discounts do not apply to any expenses (such as governmental filing fees) or the already-reduced administrative and legal research rates. Discounts do not stack with any other discounts unless otherwise noted. Contingent on the presentation of a valid form of ID or other evidence of status.
I have come to focus my practice entirely on wills, trusts, estate planning and related areas. Many attorneys 'dabble' in general practice without having any experience in an area like criminal defense or personal injury. This dabbling often has disastrous consequences for the client. Therefore, I focus my practice entirely on estate planning and related areas.
I aim to be your general advisor and first point of contact for all areas of the law (regardless of whether I myself practice in any specific area). Accordingly, if you are an existing client in need of help in the areas in which I do not practice - such as criminal defense or personal injury - I have trusted contacts that I can refer you to at other firms. No fee applies for this service and I never receive any referral fees, kickbacks or percentages of fees from other attorneys.
Those are Frankie, Roxie and Berry, my family's three Boston Terriers. They are curious and attempt to help me around the office - mostly for treats (while pretending they are there for my interesting personality).
I am based out of Saint Cloud, FL but am able to serve clients across most of central Florida. The house-call model has become extremely popular with clients to the point where I only have a handful of clients in the office each year.
PLEASE NOTE: My base of operations will be moving to Titusville, FL within the next few months. I will continue to serve all of Brevard, Orange and Seminole counties. Due to the move, I will no longer serve new clients (except referral clients) in Osceola county other than the Saint Cloud area.
I serve clients throughout Osceola, Orange, Brevard and Seminole counties.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to a planned move to Titusville, FL within the next few months, I will be adding Volusia County to the service area while removing most of Osceola County other than Saint Cloud (I will continue to serve existing clients and referrals from existing clients in all of Osceola County).
On will, trust and other estate planning matters, I generally work on a fixed fee basis. That fixed fee will vary dramatically from client to client depending on their overall needs.
On all other matters, I work at a fixed hourly rate for all legal work, as is the case with the vast majority of private attorneys. I am able to keep rates that are generally significantly lower than average in the state of Florida by reducing overhead costs and focusing on efficiency. Exceptions to the hourly rate structure include fixed fee arrangements for very simple/run-of-the-mill tasks such as simple property transactions. However, such alternative fee arrangements are only offered on a case-by-case basis and are never guaranteed in advance.

I am in the process of moving the main location to Titusville, FL. However, the house call model has become so popular with clients that I only have a handful of clients in the office every year. I currently retain a small in-home office suite in Saint Cloud, FL as well.
I will occasionally do pro-bono work for existing clients if the work is novel to me and can help me grow my practice. At any given time, I may also be doing pro-bono legal work for some local non-profit organizations.
