Most attorneys exist to get their clients out of trouble. Let me help you avoid it in the first place.
When you're already in a crisis, stress (and legal bills) will be exorbitant. Various legal devices, contracts and agreements can protect you from many sources of liability that most overlook.
I have a dual focus: on smart individuals and their families and on small businesses.
With regard to individuals and their families, I focus on building and protecting wealth across generations through areas such as wills, trusts, prenuptial agreements, and general estate planning.
With regard to small businesses and their owners, I advise on business law and related fields such as contracts, corporate, and debt law.
Licensed in multiple states, I hold a J.D. degree from the University of Notre Dame law school, where I earned one of the top three academic honors and graduated summa cum laude. I also hold a B.A. degree from Duke University, where I graduated magna cum laude.
I went on to get years of experience as a transactional attorney focused on finance law at two of the largest law firms in the nation, each of which had over a thousand attorneys, numerous offices around the world and over a billion in annual revenue.
While most lawyers only focus on the problem that you bring them, I also focus on you, your business and your family while taking a whole-life approach.
God-willing, you and your business will be on this earth for decades to come, and your family will endure for generations. As a result, the modern approach of looking at just the problem produces poor results. The law mirrors life. Much like an issue at work might affect your home life, a poorly drafted business formation document can affect your will. You need an attorney who can see the whole picture - let me show you how to navigate it all.
