Education & Credentials
Licensed in multiple states, I hold a J.D. degree from the University of Notre Dame law school, where I earned one of the top three academic honors and graduated summa cum laude. I also hold a B.A. degree from Duke University, where I graduated magna cum laude.
I went on to get years of experience as a transactional attorney focused on finance law at two of the largest law firms in the nation, each of which had over a thousand attorneys, numerous offices around the world and over a billion in annual revenue.
